Manufacturing Infrastructure

Crystal Phosphates has a couple of technically sophisticated indigenous manufacturing facilities. One of these plants is located at village Nathupur in Sonepat (Haryana) and the other one is situated in Jammu. These production plants comprise well equipped independent manufacturing and formulation units for insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and plant micronutrients, churning out an overall capacity of 80 MT of N Capsulated granules, 60 KL of liquid (including EC, EW and SC) and 25 MT of dust formulations (including WP and WDG) per day.  These sophisticated state-of-art production divisions are furnished with the best of ultramodern technical equipments for production and packaging.

In addition, the company also possesses an analytical laboratory outfitted with modern instruments like atomic absorption spectrophotometer, gas-liquid chromatography and high-pressure liquid chromatography manned by a team of competent scientists and trained technicians. Also, Crystal has created applied and adaptive research facilities involving field crops. It is in the process to develop net/glass house facilities at its Research Farm located at Bakhtawarpur, Delhi.
