Crystal Phosphates limited is committed to serve the farmers and in this regard we work on several Agri-care programs for benefits of the farming community. Some of our programs directed on educating the farmers on productivity enhancement include:

Farmer Training Program

Crystal phosphates limited has taken a lead in agriculture extension programs that educate the farmers for correct and judicious use of plant protection chemicals, proper and balanced use of fertilizers, proper seed treatment methods and other related activities. These are pre-planned and crop pest oriented programs where scientists and our company experts interact with the farming community. The agri-care program comprises of scientific discussions based on research findings, adoption of new technology, interactive farmer experiences and practical problem faced by them and methods to overcome the problems by appropriate use of Science & technology.

Village Meetings

Company’s Agriextension staff regularly arranges village meetings in all the states and educates the farmers about pest and disease of their crops and recommends appropriate solutions on the spot.

Yield demonstration

We started the concept of yield demonstration to strengthen the concept of seeing is believing. Under this conceptual measure, the company adopts a farmer’s field and undertakes everything from sowing to harvesting technology; relates this with the conventional methods adopted by the farmers and compares the yield increase in company adopted field in front of all the farmers at field day during crop harvest.
